Edmonds President LW Robbins Associates Lynn Edmonds is a nationally recognized industry leader who has developed innovative fundraising programs for scores of nonprofit organizations. She joined LW Robbins in 1999 as Executive Vice President and became President in 2001. Under her leadership, Robbins has provided results-driven strategic development and analysis, and creative and production services to more than 50 nonprofit clients. Lynn and her teams have been trailblazers in developing, implementing and delivering innovative strategies and solutions for diverse organizations for over 25 years, including American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Shriners Hospital For Children, Special Olympics, Catholic Relief Services, Consumers Union, Covenant House, Doctors Without Borders, MAP International, National Audubon Society, Native American Rights Fund, Washington National Cathedral and many regional charities (including more than 45 food banks). Lynn was named one of the “Top Women in Fundraising” by FundRaising Success magazine in 2006. She is a frequent speaker for the Direct Marketing Association, Direct Mail Fundraisers Association, and the National Catholic Development Conference and has conducted fundraising workshops for organizations and community foundations. Prior to joining LW Robbins, Lynn served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Epsilon’s Fundraising and Membership Services division. She attended the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Bryan Terpstra Vice President, Fundraising LW Robbins Associates Bryan has over 20 years of direct marketing fund raising experience. Over the course of his career, he has had responsibility for managing strategy, production, and analysis for a number of large nonprofit organizations. At LW Robbins, Bryan is responsible for a team of 7 client service staff members and serves as the senior day-to-day contact for the American Cancer Society account, managing all aspects of the relationship with a focus on long-term strategy development, overall program analysis, and budget management. He also serves as the senior strategist for MAP International. Prior to joining LW Robbins, Bryan was an Account Director in the Fundraising & Membership Services division of Epsilon, a provider of fundraising solutions. While there, Bryan worked with many organizations, including the Arthritis Foundation, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Covenant House, Paralyzed Veterans of America, and Consumers Union. Bryan’s programs consistently produced significant revenue gains at an improved cost of delivery. Bryan is a 1986 graduate of Boston College and holds an MBA from Boston University. Bryan is a board member of the DMFA and actively participates on DMA Nonprofit Conference planning committees. Robin Riggs Chief Creative Officer LW Robbins Associates Robin Riggs has the unique ability to be data-driven while developing strategic and innovative, “out of the box” creative strategies and approaches for our clients. She leads the award-winning Creative department at Robbins Associates, and writes for the Special Olympics and Doctors Without Borders programs. She was part of team that created the Doctors Without Borders 2006 and 2007 DMFA Packages of the Year. Before joining Robbins Associates in 2004, she was President, Executive Creative Director of Octoberfour Communications. Prior to that, she was President of Arnold Direct, the direct marketing division for Arnold Advertising and, before that, headed Cabot Direct within Cabot Advertising. Prior to Cabot, Robin was Executive Creator Director at Epsilon, a leading marketing solutions provider. Robin graduated from Hollins University in Virginia with a B.A. in English and Economics. As the head of Robbins Associates’ Creative Services group, Robin is responsible for identifying, training and managing resources to deliver ‘best of breed’ creative, including strategic direction, copy and concepts, art direction and state-of-the-art electronic executions.
Jenny Floria Senior Account Director ParadyszMatera Based in ParadyszMatera’s Minneapolis office for 13 years, Jenny Floria leads a team of direct mail professionals focused on using both consistent best practices and innovative media strategy to ensure that her nonprofit clients meet and exceed their acquisition goals. Jenny’s ability to distill complex information into actionable strategy has made her an invaluable resource to her clients, peers and those she mentors. Her longstanding client relationships include such premiere organizations as: March of Dimes, Paralyzed Veterans of America, World Wildlife Fund, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, National Multiple Sclerosis Society and American Diabetes Association. Jenny has 16 years of marketing and strategy consulting experience. ParadyszMatera provides intelligent media services and analytical services for direct marketing companies, notably: acquisition strategy, list planning, research, analysis, and brokerage services. Jenny is a graduate of Minnesota State University – St. Cloud with a B.S. in Mass Communications and Advertising.
